Requesting a Design Quote
When you email us or complete the quote request form, your email address and any other information you send us may be used to contact you or follow up with you regarding the quote information. We may also use your information to market additional services to you. We may store this information in our email contacts and third-party services for marketing purposes. You can request removal of this data by emailing hello@18street.com.
We use SendGrid and Mailchimp to handle email marketing. These third-party privacy policies also apply to you.

Analytics: We value your privacy. We use Plausible Analytics on our site to help see how well our marketing and advertising is working. We use analytics on our site to help us determine the best ways to enhance our search ranking, as well as determine our marketing strategies. Web Server Logs: Our hosting provider obtains information about your use of Our website, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed and your IP address through web hosting server logs maintained and controlled by our web hosting provider. Server logs may also collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access Our Site and the hosting company’s server, such as the hardware model and operating system. Our hosting company controls this data, and we can’t disable or delete this data. It is our understanding that hosting companies use this data to help prevent fraud and abuse on their servers, so it is considered an essential service. Our hosting company is InMotion Hosting.
Viewing Videos
We have implemented a client support portal where clients can access a wealth of training and support videos and resources. Videos are hosted by third party clients including SproutVideo, Vimeo, and YouTube. Those third party services may record your IP address and/or browser information when viewing those videos embedded on our website. Those third party privacy policies apply to you in using their service(s).
Client Portal Access
Clients of 18 Street Design may access our client portal to obtain support and training for their projects. Our client portal records the username and date stamp of when a client logs in for analytical data reporting. In addition, the client portal records which tutorials are viewed to help us determine how well our training and support is doing. For security, our client portal also records the IP address, browser, and username of all logins. We use this data to help prevent abuse of the site.
Online Payments and Credit Card/ACH Payments
We use Stripe as our payment processing partner for credit card and ACH payments. Stripe collects data necessary to process those payments. 18 Street Design does not store or retain billing or payment information. All data for payments is handled by Stripe and stored through Stripe. Stripe's terms and conditions apply when payments are processed through their services. You can read their privacy policy here.
Online Forms and Quote Request Form
We use Tally Forms to handle many of our online forms, including the quote request form. In using or accessing the forms we use or have embedded from Tally, their terms, conditions, and privacy policy applies to you and your data. You can read Tally's privacy policy here.
Communications with You
We will use personal information you provide to us (such as your name, email, and phone) to communicate with you about this Site and/or your requests for support, information, services we offer or a design quote. Please do not email sensitive information such as passwords to us. We may send you marketing emails, phone calls or postal marketing ads with additional information about our company and services if you provide that contact information to us. Moreover, you may submit your email address for reasons such as to register for a contest/sweepstakes, or to sign up for email newsletters and special offers. If you submit your email address, We use it to deliver the information to you as well as send you additional emails to market our services. You can ask to be removed from our marketing database by emailing us at hello@18street.com or using the unsubscribe option in the marketing email.
SMS Communications & Marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may choose to contact you via SMS, and you can reply STOP at anytime to be removed from SMS communication from us. We do not send marketing campaigns through SMS. We will only contact you through SMS for direct communication about your project or to reply to an SMS message you send to us. Texting STOP to us will remove you from future SMS communications.
External Use
Except as otherwise set forth in this privacy policy, We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise disclose your specific personal information to anyone other than third-party services outlined in this privacy policy or third-party services needed to run our business and website(s).
We may use third-party services to store personal marketing/contact information such as name, email, phone, and company name. We use these services to send out marketing emails and marketing materials to our customers and potential customers. Furthermore, we use a third-party email service that handles our email and contacts. Those third-party services maintain their own privacy policies and data security, but we try to select third-party services that maintain good data security protocols and when possible we try to secure our login credentials with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
